CNC Manufacturing Line
Our CNC production line features precision machining centers, automated material handling systems, and computer-controlled assembly stations. Every frame is welded with industrial-grade jigs ensuring sub-millimeter accuracy across the full travel range. Heavy-duty cast iron beds are aged and precision-ground for long-term stability.
Laser Assembly Line
The laser assembly area handles CO2 and fiber laser tube installation, optical path calibration, and beam alignment. Each machine undergoes multi-point optical testing to guarantee consistent engraving depth and cutting quality. Our technicians calibrate every mirror and lens assembly to factory specifications before final integration.
Testing & QC Lab
Our dedicated testing laboratory conducts power output verification, accuracy measurements, endurance testing, and safety compliance checks. Machines run continuous 48-hour burn-in tests before leaving the factory. We measure laser power stability, spindle runout, and positional accuracy with calibrated instruments traceable to national standards.
